It’s the 1st of March which means St David’s day and celebrating all things Welsh.
Now it’s traditional for the Welsh to wear a daffodil or baby leek today, but at The Taste Experience we thought the best way to honour our Welsh friends would be to pay tribute to one of its finest produce it has to offer… Their world renowned Welsh lamb.
Seeing as today also marks the run up to the 1st day of spring, on the 20th of this month, we took the opportunity to make our St David’s day dish a festival of all things spring as well. So here we have a
rack of lamb, Vichy glazed heritage carrots, purple sprouting broccoli, minted pea puree and a rosemary jus.
This dish is from our dinning menu and is a perfect way to wow guests at any spring/summer celebration.
